We make every effort to be able to make all our floral displays as per your request. Please be aware, in the case that there is something unavailable, we will have to substitute those flowers for a different flower in the same colour or the same flower but in a different colour to match the item you have chosen. This is also the case for containers used in floral arrangements.
In the event that we cannot substitute for something similar we will contact you.
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays will be guaranteed same day delivery in the Kalgoorlie Boulder Area.
Any orders placed after this time will be subject to availability and may have to be delivered next day. Please call the shop direct on (08) 90214461 to place any urgent orders for same day delivery.
We endeavour to meet specific times for delivery, but we cannot guarantee them.
All deliveries to towns other than Kalgoorlie Boulder are a restricted delivery. Due to them being further away, delivery times are longer and can be in most cases an overnight delivery service. Please call the Shop on (08) 90214461 to check when the next available delivery is if you are unsure before placing your order, or else, all resticted deliveries will be done on the next available delivery.
We recommend making sure to place an order for special occassions a few days in advance so we can ensure delivery on the correct date where possible.
Once you have received your bouquet:
Take the wrapping off from the bottom of the bouquet
Make sure to remove any leaves on the bottom of the stems
Cut approximately 1cm off the bottom of all the stems
Place them into a clean vase filled with water.
Make sure to change the water every few days to ensure longevity of the flowers.
Arrangements are very trouble free.
Make sure you top them up with a little bit of water every day. There is no need to take the flowers out of the containers as long as you keep them watered they will last very well.
Keep your flowers in a cool place, please do not keep your flowers close to ovens, tvs or other appliances that are hot and keep them away from direct sunlight.
Keep them out of draughts, don’t place them directly under the air flow of air-conditioning, this will cause them to die quicker than normal.
When changing water in vases, make sure to clean the vase thoroughly before putting fresh water and flowers into it.
Oriental and Asiatic Lilies have Stamens, that can stain surfaces when they fall from the flower. We do take a lot of care to remove them before they leave our shop, but in most cases we cannot remove them as the fresh buds are not open.
We recommend using a tissue to remove them from the flower as soon as you can see them, the tissue will stop the stamens from staining your hands, although a good wash with soap and water will eventually will get it off.
If any of the stamen falls onto fabric, use the sticky side of sticky tape to gently remove it, any remaining stamen will come out in the wash. We do not recommend rubbing it into fabric as this will make it very hard to remove.
Once your flower do start dying, cut all of the dead flowers off as they wilt, this will make any flowers still in good condition to last a little longer.
